Founded on May 1, 1922 at Atlanta University, the Thunderin’ Tau Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. champions the Fraternity’s cardinal principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift while serving the greater Atlanta community with dedication and distinction.
For over a century, we have upheld a proud legacy of brotherhood and service, evolving from our undergraduate roots into a thriving graduate chapter with a diverse roster of professionals committed to leadership, mentorship, and community engagement throughout metro Atlanta.
Through signature programs, civic action, and meaningful partnerships, Tau Chapter invests in education, wellness, and empowerment initiatives that uplift individuals and strengthen families.
